Payment;

Cannaone OÜ accepts online payments through PAYU with the following credit cards; Visa, Vsa/Dankort, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Maestro, ApplePay.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.

All prices on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

Cannaone OÜ uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by other third parties.

Delivery and Shipment:

The delivery time for your order is 2-4 working days.

Cannaone OÜ uses PostNord for shipment of your ordered items.

Freight is free (Package shop) if you buy for more than 1000 sek. 

You can choose to have your shipment sent with delivery to your home address or the nearest package shop.

You will receive a Track and Trace-number upon shipment, which allows you to track the shipment at all times.

Please notice! It is your responsibility to collect the package within 8 days, otherwise it will be returned. If we because of this have to cancel or resend your package, you will be charged a fee of SEK 250 to cover our handling and delivery costs.

If you regret your purchase (Withdrawal):

Cannaone OÜ offers a 14 days full refund on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

Please notice! The product can’t NOT BE OPEN OR USED. The seal must be unbrocken on the products/bottles!  This is According to Food regulation and hygiene rules.

The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

Any return costs you incur yourself.

The request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the delivery, and be with us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation/withdrawal.

If you wish to make use of your right to withdraw the purchase, you must send us an e-mail on: support@cannaone.se. In your message, clearly make us aware, that you want to use your right of withdrawal.

Customer & Privacy Policy:

We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others. They are only registered in our customer directory. You can delete your information at any time.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with Cannaone OÜ, we need the following information:

We make the registration of your personal information for the purpose of delivering the goods to you.

The personal information is registered with Cannaone OÜ, and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.

The director and employees for Cannaone OÜ have access to the information recorded about you.
